How do I Sign-up for the Up North Meat Club?
Sign up on the checkout page by selecting the Up North Meat Club Subscribe & Save checkbox and then filling out the settings as directed as you finish the checkout process.
What if I need to skip or cancel?
You are in complete control of your repeating order. You can edit items, skip deliveries or cancel at anytime time. Just go to the menu, account and Up North Meat Club to make changes.
How do I get an Up North Meat Club order Sooner?
Go to “Account” in the upper right-hand corner of our home page, then choose the dropdown “Up North Meat Club” and hit the Get it Sooner or Reschedule button. Getting it Sooner will process your Subscribe & Save order on the next weekly deadline date of your choice.
Can I place a one-time order in between my subscription orders?
You can go under your up north meat club subscription and click GET IT SOONER or RESCHEDULE. You can put whatever you want in your cart and click the date you would like to pick up. You even get a free item with this order! If you want a totally separate order you will need to email, call or text us to have us put order in manually. This might be preferred if you are someone who likes to keep your orders the same each month.
How do I change my delivery date?
Log-in and select Up North Meat Club from the Account menu. From there, you'll be able to select a new date.
Do you offer shipping?
No, we do local delivery or farm pick-up only. We are hoping to offer regional delivery this winter!
When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged after a confirmation email is sent to you with the final price. Prices are by the pound and change depending on the meat that is ordered.
Will I be notified before each delivery/pick-up?
Yes, you will receive an email and text notification 5 days and 2 days before your upcoming order is set to be delivered or picked up. It is your job to change your order, order date or skip the order if out of town.
How do I add/remove items from my Up North Meat Club order?
Your last order will be listed in the cart and you can add and remove items at will. Any changes to that cart will apply to the order date listed at the bottom of the open cart. Any changes will automatically update and you will only receive one confirmation email. Any changes made after that confirmation email will be reflected in the final order packed receipt email.
What will I receive in my order?
That is completely up to you! After you place your first order you will be notified of your next order date. Your previous order will regenerate as your current order. You will have the chance to delete or add any items. If you do not change any items you will be receive the same order as the previous. You can also add a Large Farm Box or a Small Farm Box if you like to be surprised and want a variety.
What if I'm not home when the box gets delivered?
No problem, we can add it to your freezer(message us instructions), to a cooler on your front porch, or we can deliver it to your place of work. It is your responsibility to made arrangements if you will not be home for delivery. The meat is frozen in a bag or box but it is not insulated or with additional ice. Delivery times vary weekly but are currently on Thursday during the day.
How do I change my Up North Meat Club order frequency?
Log-in and select Up North Meat Club from the Account menu. From there, you'll be able to update your order frequency! We offer every two weeks, every four weeks, or every eight weeks as options.
Can I just order one box?
This is a meat club subscription, if you are looking for a one time order please checkout normal using the one time purchase or check out our bundle deals HERE. Please keep in mind we are a very small family farm that would like to reward our local customers and make it easy to place orders. You are able to place a subscription order, even one, and cancel at anytime if needed. Once that happens you will not be eligible for the Up North Meat Club free item and savings in the future.

We're honored to feed you and your family and want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order and experience with our farm. If something did not meet your expectations, please contact us so we can make it right. We mean this, just let us know. We do not have control over processing and sometimes errors can be made!
Payment is required before delivery
We accept all major credit/debit cards as our payment method. At the time of placing your first order, you will be prompted to add a credit card to your account. Once your order is finalized, the total will be charged to your card on file and your receipt will be emailed.
Short stock items
Please understand that Up North Heritage Farm is not a large warehouse. If an item becomes unavailable, your final total will be adjusted. We will do our best to fulfill all requests!
Club Discounts
Up North Meat Club Members get 5% off any orders with Free item with each order. An additional 5% discount will be applied to all Up North Meat Club orders with a total of $210.
