We will be offering our whole mangalitsa pigs for sale for a processing date of end of August. The price is $4.50 per pound hanging weight, which should AVERAGE around 200 lbs. We have processing dates at RRR processing and will take the pigs there for you. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for processing fees and determine the cuts they would like. Processing is $35 plus a minimum of $0.55 per lb plus additional pricing for sausage links and cured products.
There is a $200.00 non-refundable deposit fee upon reservation with us that will count towards your total. Your credit card will be charged by us when hanging weight is determined for the additional price. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay the processor for their fees when you pick up your products; please check with them to confirm pricing!
Mangalitsa pork is the most delicious pork, but it is a lard breed, so please note you will be getting lard back.
