The T-bone steak has the favorite New York Strip Steak and a small portion of Tenderloin on the other side of the T shaped bone. Great baked on low in the oven and finished in a hot skillet for a reverse sear. You can also sear first and cook on low in the oven to bring it to the perfect medium-rare temperature.
