Our mangalitsa pork chops will change your mind about how great pork should taste. A nice marbled piece of red meat with a large melt in your mouth fat cap adds amazing flavor. For a perfectly juicy chop don't cook over 145 degrees. This is a farm favorite and must try. Each package contains 2 pork chops that are about 1 inch thick. Packages range between 1.5-2 lbs.
These chops can be seasoned with salt and pepper and thrown on the smoker, grill, or oven. Cook until 125 and sear them on a hot skillet to crisp the fat up at the end until internal temp reaches around 135, let rest at least 5-10 minutes and enjoy.
