Mangalitsa Pork fat pieces. This will need to be rendered to make lard. One bag makes about 2 quarts of white lard. 

Pork Back Fat can also be used in sausage making. Grind with deer and elk.

Mangalitsa lard has high monosaturated fat which melts at a lower temperature so it also creates an incredible whipped spread. It can be substituted for butter or oil in cooking and baking and is a choice and key ingredient for cured meats.
