1 steak per package that is about 1.5 inch thick. One of the tastiest cuts that are beautifully marbled. This steak is best-served medium-rare and has so many different ways to prepare it. Salt and pepper the steak then grill it, pan sear, or broil. We love to smoke ours on the Traeger grill for an hour and then sear it on a cast-iron skillet with a dab of butter.
